powdered sugar

grated dry coconut
cardamom powder

Prepare hemp gujiya like this
First of all, put ghee in the pan and fry the khoya on low flame. Keep frying the khoya until its color turns light pink and after some time, take it out in a vessel and leave it to cool.
After this, knead refined flour with lukewarm water and milk.
After this, to prepare the masala, add powdered sugar, hemp, almonds, cashews, raisins, grated coconut, cardamom powder to the cold khoya and mix well.
After this, cut the ball of flour and roll it into a round shape.
Then place it in the mold, fill it with spices and apply water on its edges and stick it. Make lots of Gujiyas by doing this.
After this, heat desi ghee in a pan and put the prepared Gujiya in oil and fry it.
